Services:

IMG 1100In the case of emergency errand services requested by client there will be an automatic charge of $25.00 added to contracted service fees. Determination of what falls into this category is the sole discretion of the owner of Pet-Agree, LLC.

Reservations:

Pet-Agree, LLC is a 'by reservation' pet sitting and dog walking company. We will try to meet your 'last minute' or 'emergency' needs as much as possible however; we cannot ensure that all 'on-call' needs will be met.

First Time Clients:

Please provide sufficient notice when first contacting Pet-Agree, LLC to make reservations. An initial consultation is required for all new clients. Your pet's personal assistant would like to get to know both you and your pet as much as possible prior to requested service. This consultation also allows for contract agreement and key provision.

Established Clients:

Pet-Agree, LLC requests that you provide ample notice when requesting services for pet sitting and dog walking. At least 48 hours notice for dog walking or daily visits and 7 days notice for pet-sitting is required. As stated above, the company cannot ensure that all last minute or 'on-call' request can be met.

Cancellations:

Dog walking or Daily visit reservations, if cancellation is requested more than 48 hours in advance will result in no charge or refund of deposit. Less than 48 hours advance notice for these services will result in Pet-Agree, LLC retaining deposit or a charge of 50% of service total. If cancellation is 24 hours of less than a charge of 100% of service total will be billed.

Snow Days: If appointment is cancelled due to a county issued snow day there will be no charge for the cancelled visit.

Pet Sitting (overnight) reservations, if cancellation is requested more than 7 days in advance will result in no charges of refund of deposit. A cancellation of 7 days or less advance notice for this service will result in Pet-Agree, LLC retaining deposit or a charge of 50% of service total. If cancellation takes place within 24 hours or less (or client arrives homes earlier than scheduled) a charge of 100% of service total will be billed.

For all services; if your pet's personal assistant is en route to, or arrives at your residence to perform scheduled services and is turned away due to your neglect of prior cancellation full charge for contracted services will be required.

Holidays:

For the holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, The Fourth of July, Labor Day and New Year's along with the academic weeks considered to be Spring Break; payment in full for requested services is required at the time of contract signing to confirm your booking. All other secondary holidays such as Valentine's Day, Saint Patrick's Day etc. will require normal payment. Holiday services canceled less than 7 days in advance will result in Pet-Agree, LLC retaining deposit, please understand that when you cancel there is no guarantee that the spot you booked can be filled by another client.

Payment:

Starting January 1st, 2019 Pet-Agree employees will no longer be able to collect invoice payments. All payments must be paid online or payment may be mailed to: Pet-Agree LLC, P.O Box 150654 Grand Rapids, MI 49515. All invoices must be paid in full on or before 1st day of service, failure to do so will result in cancellation of services.
